In celebration of Black History Month, the Illinois Department of Natural Resources is hosting Black History Nights at the Old State Capitol. The program is free and open to the public. Each week will have different topic. The February 7th presentation will be about Illinois’ Black Soldiers. Presentations will be at 5pm, 5:45pm, & 6:30pm
