About a 45 minute drive from Springfield, you'll find Vixen Hill Winery.  The winery produces small batch, well-balanced wines that pair well with everyday foods. The day they planted their first grapes, the owners noticed a female fox (a vixen) and her pups out playing on the land, hence the name Vixen Hill.
