Emily and Tim Lewis are a husband & wife team from Springfield whose business started selling pastries at Custom Cup, a local coffee shop.  In January 2019 they opened their own brick and mortar on Toronto Rd. They use the best ingredients in the “baking and making” of every item on their menu, including farm-fresh eggs and organic produce. The donuts…the cakes…the pies…YUM!  They have a love for the community and let me tell you, it shows! Three Twigs just recently expanded their menu to include a dinner option, yes please! So now, not only can you enjoy their food to jumpstart your day, you can also enjoy it for the perfect end to the day. In April 2020, Biscuits & Brunch by Three Twigs opened, giving Springfield the option of fresh, made from scratch comfort food for breakfast, lunch & dinner.  I mean REALLY, who doesn’t love comfort food, and then you throw the word fresh on top of it! We’re talking mac & cheese, chicken biscuits and the local fav, a breakfast horseshoe all made with you in mind! Man, I’m hungry just thinking about it! Now let’s complete the trifecta. October 2020, The Salted Lemon Market & Creamery came on board as part of the Three Twigs family.  Here, located next door to Biscuits & Brunch, you will find small batch soft serve, handmade with locally sourced ingredients. Don’t forget to hit the toppings bar before you go to complete your unique soft serve creation. Keeping things all in the family, you can purchase Three Twigs pastries, cakes & pies there as well.

I highly recommend checking out their mouthwatering social media pages!
