Many nights of fireworks in Springfield, IL and the surrounding area!

Check out the events below to help plan your long holiday weekend.

June 30: Rock the Dock Independence Day Celebration: Head over to Lake Springfield Marina and enjoy food/drink vendors and music before watching the largest over the water fireworks celebration in Central Illinois

 July 1: Capital City Celebration-Downtown Springfield (UPDATE: DUE TO STORM CLEANUP, THIS EVENT WAS CANCELLED)


July 2: Great Lawn Kit Festival: Head over to Southwind Park and watch amazing kite demonstrations through out the day and stay for the fireworks at dusk.  (DUE TO THE STORM CLEANUP, THE JULY 1ST EVENTS OF THE FESTIVAL WERE MOVED TO JULY 2ND)

July 3-4: Springfield Lucky Horseshoes Baseball & Fireworks: Come cheer on the Shoes at Robin Roberts Stadium with a fireworks show after the game.  It's a fireworks double-header at the ball park, with postgame fireworks both July 3rd & 4th

July 4: Knights Action Park Fireworks Extravaganza: After you've spend the day riding the water slides, floating on the lazy river, or hitting some golf balls at the driving range; stick around for the awesome display of fireworks at Knights Action Park.
